Founders Greg and Debbie Stephenson
Deborah Stephenson is the Executive Director of Tiny Together™ with a master’s in nursing education and more than thirty years working with Veterans, pediatrics, elderly, surgical, homebound, ventilator dependent, disabled, and immunology patients of all ages, in a variety of settings and roles. She has been the primary educator for hospital departments, lead teams as a pharmaceutical clinical trial data manager and patient advocate and developed National HIPAA compliance and alteration in airway best practice programs for the Veterans Hospitals. She has worked in various managerial roles with non-profit organizations developing family events, parenting programs, bereavement grief care, community support and organizing local and international mission trips for students and is a recognized regional baker and baby whisperer.
Gregory Stephenson has more than thirty-five years working with the skilled trades, specifically in HVAC and building automation systems, and built several homes including their current full-time Tiny home, which he says was the most intricate due to space. His roles have served multiple states as project manager in million-dollar contracts to improve banking centers, government offices, prisons and event arenas across NC, SC, VA, and TN. Currently he is the regional sales specialist for a global commercial HVAC, electrical, and automation controls corporation with contracts throughout the Appalachian region and is the project manager for Tiny Together™ campuses, and experience as a track and field coach for Neuse Charter School.
