After many years of work, Tiny Together is officially trademarked! We are celebrating!

What does that mean?

That means we are a vetted, credible business with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), on a national level. A trademark gives us exclusive legal rights to use our mark in connection with our community and services. It helps prevent others from using a confusingly similar mark, giving you security that it’s really us you’re working with or donating to. A trademark signals to consumers that our product or service is authentic, reliable, and distinct from others in the market. A registered trademark can deter potential infringers, since it’s publicly listed in databases like the USPTO. This visibility warns others not to copy or imitate our brand, we all know how important it is to have public trust (especially after we have seen so many frauds that come into devastated areas and take people’s money, time, and hope). It is a significant step to ensure that you, our friends, partners, and customers, know that we value our integrity so much that we fought to be trademarked, and are accountable to the public for every single penny we are given.

We aim to provide housing for people all across this great country, starting in Western North Carolina, and then reaching out across the U.S. because affordable housing is a problem EVERYWHERE! Thank you for your support!
